For the $10 it cost me when I sprained my wrist I thought I was right and I was right. It's small (short), light, and minimizes wrist movement well. Based on their sizing chart I am confident that I got the correct size and had no issues with the fit. A few weeks after my wrist was still sore, I finally went to the ER and got a Med Spec splint, which limits movement really well. However, since the Med Spec is made out of suede, I'm not sure if it can be washed. I've taken to using Brace Up outdoors and when I'm done I can toss it in the wash (in a laundry bag) and then tumble dry on low or let it air dry. I've abused it and washed it multiple times over the past 2 weeks and it still holds up like a champ with the velcro that works just as well as the day I got it. The only criticism, especially after using a different brace, is that the velcro straps go through the holes every time as the straps are not long enough to come out of the loops when removing. If you are looking for a simple (affordable) strong brace to keep movement to a minimum, this is for you.
