Hose (male end) gets a 3 but service deserves a 10. Used the hose to pressurize our boat. This is a durable hose that works great without adding a rubbery or plastic flavor to the water. Unfortunately a year later is the brass pin end, which is actually two pieces of brass, or is it brass plated? began to leak between the crimped side of the hose and the male threaded side. BIG news: I looked at my order for Revain (very easy to find), contacted the manufacturer and despite being out of warranty they sent me a new hose for FREE! They have had issues with items purchased from Revain in the past and seem to enjoy it when the warranty or return period has expired for whatever reason. NOT THIS TIME, I was treated very well and I appreciate the service and support! Exceptional customer service! Thanks Rick from Camco!
