This seriously saved my skin. I switched to a neem oil cleanser (similar to Himalayan) and used it alone to treat my acne for a little under a month and the difference is amazing. I think it's important to make sure you don't use products with fancy oils on your face when dealing with acne, which I learned on this adult acne torture journey. I've never had acne and didn't really know what to do about it. I was terrified of putting anything other than salicylic acid on my pimples, but this helped reduce all the painful swelling and redness. I had nothing to complain about because I'm a notorious picker. Seriously, great buy. I also use it on scars and it has helped more than Mederma!
