These organic cotton circles are great! They are easy to use to apply toner and other serums and are also perfect for removing makeup with makeup remover. I haven't used them to remove makeup yet so I'm not sure how clean they will be afterwards, but I've used them for toners and serums and after washing and drying on gentle conditions, they're completely clean clean (in a mesh).
