I like that it allows me as an admin user (and only one) to see what my users are working with in their projects without having them open up multiple tabs/windows when they're doing so! It also has some really nice features such as allowing you to add custom CSS classes into certain elements which makes styling things easier than if we were using regular HTML files. There isn't anything specifically wrong about this program but there may be something better out there now-a days. We use snip primarily because our clients don’t have access to any kind of editor other then Notepad++ at work and sometimes even those aren’t allowed by IT departments due to security concerns. This helps us solve issues where people would otherwise need to email back & forth between themselves trying to find solutions together while simultaneously editing different parts of whatever file needed fixing.
