First, the sound quality is poor. Poor means low quality in terms of crispness and clarity. Probably the worst headphones I've ever owned and I've had dozens ranging from very expensive to very cheap. As if the poor audio quality wasn't bad, despite the setup being large and unwieldy. A rather heavy thumb controller dangles from the headphones. Terrible and chunky design considering the sound quality at the bottom of the case. The memory foam earbuds cracked when opening the box. I called Jlab customer service and they refused to replace it. In fact, they were rude and abusive in their correspondence. So I ordered a replacement at my own expense, but lo and behold, after a few days they broke too. It's amazing that the quality and service is so bad. I have never seen both quality and customer service at such a low level. Amazing headphones.
