This is a solid device. Feels hard and heavy. Nice mini display on the back. It seems to have normal battery life. It's easy enough to adjust the brightness and warmth. But a word of caution - I've used this a few times to set myself on fire during Zoom video conferences. It will definitely set you on fire. But it will also hurt your eyes. This is not indirect lighting. After a 30 minute zoom, even in this light, my eyes felt like I was staring straight into a powerful flashlight for half an hour. I just have a piece of white paper on the outside to try to keep this to a minimum, but that doesn't work well. I think I was looking for something more indirect, like going into a photo studio. I need to find out if I can keep using it or not. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy this. May work for others. I do not know.
