I've just received it but I have to say I'm very happy with my purchase! The bag is great and being tall I like the long strap. I like to carry bags over my shoulder, but the straps aren't long enough. The bag is a little stiff but I expect it to soften with age. I also expect my teenage daughter to ask for it herself.
