My legs hurt a lot. Thing is, I wear a size 16 men's shoe that has a lot of feet to deal with. So I was excited to try this device to see if it helps. First of all, I would say that these are basically tens for your legs. The device itself is very large and takes up a lot of space. To be honest I can't tell much of a difference between using this big unit or the small tens units. Yes it has heating and rotary foot massagers which I find almost useless. It's really very small in my opinion. If you're just looking for a good foot massager without the built-in box of ten, there are definitely better ones out there. On the positive side, the device looks good and the remote works well. So the general question is: has it really helped leg pain? Maybe a little, but I'm not sure I won't get the same results using my little block of ten on my feet instead. Also, a side note: you must have the attached pads on your feet or higher for the machine to work. On the machine itself, you cannot use footpegs alone without additional inserts. It does not matter. Ten pads are very sticky but lose their stickiness over time. There is a gel for dozens of pads, but you can buy it separately to restore the pads' stickiness if needed.
