Well, the first thing I got I didn't open because it was a present. But I got an email from the company I bought it from asking me to open the mug and check if it's broken because they had customers telling them there was a Chip was. So after work I opened the present and of course there was a chip in white. I emailed them along with the picture and they shipped me a new set straight away. The gift itself is beautiful. What a great company.
