I like how easy it is to create new workflows and use the existing ones. The customer support is great too! - it's hard to find anything I dislike about Softpath so far.- So far, very good. We are using it at work as well as internally- easy to use, intuitive. Sometimes there can be lag time when we refresh the views. Very efficient! Customer management, sales, process management, internal and external processes. I have been using this software since last 15 years and it has become an essential part of our daily operations. The support is very good as well. It does not give me any problems at all. Nothing much about softpath so far but their products are great. We use Softpath's CXO suite where we can create workflows or tasks easily which gets distributed to other team members who then perform them accordingly.
