We just purchased and installed a SparkPod showerhead with filter. My husband showered immediately after installation and said he noticed a significant difference in shower water quality as soon as he stepped in the shower. He's not easily impressed, so I took note. He persuaded me to take another shower (I'd showered before he installed that showerhead) but because he was so insistent I showered again. Wow! The water has become much softer. The absence of the smell of chlorine is very pleasing. The rain shower jet setting was fantastic. We were afraid that with the new shower head we would lose some of the radiance of the water jet - but not like that! It's better than before. Love love love this shower head! One of the main reasons we ordered it is because it filters out fluoride and not just choline like many showerheads do. We've been filtering our drinking water for a long time, but didn't think about the dangers of fluoride when showering. When we found out about it, it was important to us that our shower water was also freed from fluoride. We highly recommend this product and would also like to say that the customer service was great when we contacted them. We are buying another SparkPro showerhead for our guest bathroom.
