There are a few things about this lamp that really stand out to me. While a magnetic backplate is becoming a standard feature on many of these lights, I wasn't expecting the metal body from something in this price range. Interestingly, this is designed to act as a heatsink to run at full power for extended periods of time, although it stays fairly cool in use. The ends appear to be plastic with metal tips. To be honest I tried to figure out the bluetooth connection with the light to pair it with my phone but when I opened the app it seemed to already be paired. I didn't do any pairs at all. However, I'm wondering how this would work for multiple RGB lightsticks. I noticed that there are multiple groups in the app, but I haven't checked them. I will no doubt be taking more of these. The instructions are actually very easy to understand. Light quality is excellent - no hotspots, and unlike other portable RGB lights I've owned, you can't see individual LEDs. sleeves for him.
