REMINDER! We finally have a great point and shoot that produces crisp photos, everyone in the family can use it (I think we can teach cats some ideas) and it's so small and light it can easily be slipped into a pocket or bag handbag fits. My wallet was happy too, because it didn't cost an arm or a leg to get a great camera. We've discussed and read this versus Canon but my friend who works as a photographer has always been fascinated by Nikon products since high school and 25 years later she depends on them for her mortgage and food. So we chose Nikon. We took it on holiday and with the extreme 10 x 16GB card we had over 3,000 photos that could be taken at 14MP or over 10,000 photos at PC resolution! We photographed EVERYTHING on our trip. We took a few shots, filmed everything and then edited to remove the broken footage and keep the amazing ones that make our vacation so amazing. Our memories are frozen for us and we can clearly recall everything in the footage. Faces were automatically focused. There were settings for every environment we encountered. We even took photos of the amazing fireworks that we saw several nights. It was great to have a real camera on our trip to capture our moments. Thank you Nikon.
