I bought this bag for a trip to Ireland. This would have been a perfect bag (4-5 stars) if it weren't for the fact that the strap started to wear out after a few days of infrequent use. By day 5 the strap was only half attached to the bag so I had to use a safety pin to prevent it from completely coming loose. The bag itself feels waterproof and surprisingly light. has a lot of space. There are a lot of pockets. Almost too much to remember where I put things! The back pocket is big enough for an 8" tablet. The side pockets are too small for most things. It's definitely not a water bottle. Unfortunately, a bag without a strap becomes useless, so I only had to give it 1 star.
