I bought this for my laparoscopic recovery and am very happy with it. The belt is very soft and closes the incision at the navel without penetrating. I ordered a size up knowing I would have swelling. I'm 5ft 3in, 140lbs and have ordered a lot of these. I didn't have as big a tumor as I thought it would, so keep that in mind when ordering. But these panties are very soft. and comfortable (although the material is a bit thicker than I expected).
