After a cheap fake that wore out after only two years, I decided to buy a nice leather jacket for a change. I figured if I could get something more durable it would be worth paying a little more for. This jacket is perfect for that purpose. I'm not a motorcyclist, but if I was, this jacket would do the trick. It's heavier than I expected, very good quality, thick leather - for a motorcyclist who wants to dress for both riding and riding, this will surely be enough to protect against the usual road rash. For my everyday wear, it should last me forever. Seriously, I suspect my kids will inherit this jacket. As for wearing, it's a bit stiff at first (elbows were very uncomfortable at first) but quickly fell into disrepair. The lining is very easy to remove and just as easy to put back on. Very good quality flash. And bags! My god, that thing has pockets! With this jacket you don't need a handbag. Everything fits in there, if necessary even for two, and there is still space. I particularly appreciate the large inside pockets. I wanted something decent and it was what I expected after reading the reviews. Instead, I got the most amazing jacket I've ever owned. Really. I like it. A fit limitation. If you're medium height (mine is 5ft 6in), plus size and high waisted like me, you know this jacket will fit you up to your hips. You can choose a larger size if your measurements are between two sizes. I've adjusted the side laces to unbuckle fully to fit my hips and with the lining up I still have to pull the jacket up a bit to unzip the front zip. It's ok so wasn't a problem for me, but I wish there was a flared fabric at the bottom of the side seams. I might add that at some point - unlike most jackets on the market, this one would actually be worth customizing. If you don't have a high waist or very full hips, don't worry, you'll be fine. Is. 5 stars wholeheartedly. The best jacket I've ever had! Surprisingly unbeatable for the money!
