This is a great product. I was looking for a headset that would connect between my cell phone, desk phone and computer. It was the perfect solution. The range of this headset is incredible - at least 100 meters with perfect sound quality. This device uses DECT technology instead of Bluetooth, which is much better. The construction of the headset is very durable. Headsets.com actually owns the company that makes this headset and I was very impressed with their customer service. They go a step further by connecting you with a real person at the point of sale if you need help setting up or using your new device. It is rare to find such a high level of service for this type of product. I'm a power user and I'm on the phone at least 8 hours a day. I can confidently support this product and the company that sells it.
