I received this chair two days ago as I needed something for my desk as I work from home. That looks great! It was also very easy to assemble! It took me less than thirty minutes. Used on the first day and everything is great. Well the next day I work 11.5 hours a day and by the end of the day my ass hurts! The filling is already crumpled, there is absolutely no comfort there. No, it's not an expensive chair and I shouldn't be surprised. But I would have thought the pad would last at least a little more than a day. I was hoping it would flare up again overnight but it didn't. I would only recommend this chair if you are in a pinch and can't afford anything else at the moment or if you are only using it for a short time. .Also I would advise buying armrest covers because they cut into my elbows. Last but not least, the height adjustment. It also doesn't go as deep as I would like. But that's not against the terms of the contract.
