Original device only worked on laptop or cell phone (not both as advertised) and was replaced kindly and quickly; Two weeks later it stopped working at all. Strange because the battery on the laptop showed it was charging but the plug indicator stayed dark and cold and never recharged. The replacement charged both devices for maybe four days and then only charged one or the other at a time. Now he hesitates and I return just in time before he dies entirely. A great idea is implemented poorly or there is no quality control.
