When using the bristle side, the head rotates too much and reverts to the heavier plastic side. But I like the hard plastic part as it is great for both a light massage and itch relief. The ability to stretch to length, medium or short length is great for reaching different spots on the back. If only he had a movable arm, that would be awesome!
