Sensitive shaving and hair removal

Item arrived safe and sound, delivery is fine. I only give it one star because it burned me. I applied it to the area the night before and let it sit for four minutes with no problems. The next night I bit my leg and before I was done the back of my leg was burning. I washed it off immediately, but I already had burns. It wasn't more than a minute. I have a family that uses this product and loves it. Maybe I'm just too sensitive.
