The platform allows us as an organization access from anywhere in any device which was not possible previously with other systems I have used for similar purposes (Fleet management).The customer support has been great but could be even more responsive when we need it most! Overall good product that works well at getting data out quickly without too much fussing around or errors/bugs occurring - especially since our team can't always fix them themselves because they are spread so far apart geographically!! Tracking usage by vehicle type vs overall cost per use would help give insights into how vehicles perform over time while minimizing unnecessary charging cycles / costs.

We're able improve operational efficiency & save money using this tool compared wth what alternatives existed before its implementation.- Fleet utilization- Cost reduction potential due to longer life batteriesWe've realized significant savings already after implementing just one part of their solution.
