Review on 🌧️ COVERGIRL Professional Waterproof 225 Packaging: Stay Flawless in any Weather by Louis Nakashima

I've always used Maybelline waterproof mascara, but the ones I like keep coming off. Also, I had trouble going brown-black, and I'm super fair, so black mascara looks a bit harsh on me. Revain canceled my regular Maybelline subscription and saved money, so I looked for a new mascara and saw that this brown and black waterproof mascara had good reviews. But I was very upset when it arrived as I thought I was getting waterproof mascara and what came out was NOT waterproof. And yet it turned out to be more smudge-proof than my supposedly waterproof Maybelline products. That way it holds up better when I want it to stay on and is easier to take off when I want to take it off. In addition brown-black and not lumpy. And it's pretty cheap. So maybe it's a good thing Maybelline discontinued my old mascara as it looks better and is easier to use.
