I've been using it regularly for 1.5 years. It does its job of making it more comfortable to sit on, especially for long periods of time. Actually I only had 1 problem. The extra height seems to make it a bit more difficult to use in certain places. Based on my previous experience. On planes and in the car I had to stop using it. I tried to lower the car seat all the way down, but my head was still too close to the roof of the car. Sometimes I would bang my head on the exit door and the roof. It was the same on airplanes, when I stood up I kept banging my head on the top plate. I'm by no means tall (5ft 7in). I'm sure everyone's experience of gap issues will be different. And the manufacturer of this pillow cannot control that. That's why I don't give any stars. I had no problems using it at work or sitting at my desk at home. Of the two, I mostly use it for the latter, which is great. I have never felt any pain since using it.
