I'll start with the positive. They are convenient and easy to sync, turn on and off. I haven't quite gotten around to adjusting the volume yet, but it's nice to just touch it to pause it. I use them for running and never felt like they would fall out. The batteries last a long time. Now the main disadvantage. The case doesn't bother her. I've tried every hack I've read and it just won't work. I have to remove the earbuds, put the case in so the charging lights come on (the case always shows it's fully charged), then put the earbuds in the case and they charge. I would have sent them back but with the battery life lasting so long it was out of the return window.
