I thought these boots were ok. You looked perfect. However, my daughter insisted that one should be smaller than the other. I laid them side by side and put my hand inside. I couldn't tell any difference. But she had never complained about this problem so I contacted the retailer to return them. SO I GIVE THEM FIVE STARS. They offered a full refund and told me to refuse the product or donate it. They didn't want to return the shoes if they were defective. We ended up buying the exact same boots, same size, same brand (TuffRider) and my daughter loves them.
