Fits but needs to drill a few holes. Also, like other reviewers, I cut out the rear grille and left a few reinforcement bars so I could have airflow through the coils like a factory unit. It appears to be made from a different plastic that is better able to withstand the sun's UV rays. The time will show. 09/17 Only locals drove and there were several high wind storms. There are no problems with the lid. Please do not ask the reviewers if this unit will fit your air conditioner. Sending serial numbers and other details about your device is pointless and should be sent to the provider. We know what OUR units were like, we can't know what yours are like, and I wouldn't tell you they would fit. I wasn't sure if it would fit mine until I put them side by side and checked. As already mentioned, the holes had to be re-drilled. Thanks in advance.
