I'm a big Audioquest fan. Bigsur was my choice of connection. But out of necessity, I bought a highly rated brand at a low price, Ivanky. The difference in sound compared to the price is negligible. To be honest I had to go back and forth and couldn't tell if it was better or worse. BigSur costs up to $130 for a cable (no how much I pay). Ivanka was 2 for $7. The difference between high bass and mids is obvious. Every part of the system is important, but the price of the cables is not always an identifier. Ivanki paid great attention to the cleanliness of the insulation and cable, as well as the gold-plated connector. Another good but more expensive cable with OFC is SKW. Sounds amazing but costs $26. I also run them and AQ Dragonfly Black. This really helps to spot the differences. The inventory of my phone was negligible again. Even for the $20 difference between IVANKY and SKW. To be clear, Big Sur is the best cable but not $120 more expensive. Ivanky sounds as good as anything on BigSur. And that says a lot.
