With a facelift you have to keep your head up and not toss and turn. In other words, don't sleep on your face. I've slept on my stomach all my life. I didn't know how to sleep on my back, sitting in a chair. I bought this pillow and it was like a miracle. It's such support, and the bumpers on either side of my face kept my head in place. Along with the satin finish, this product has really helped my recovery. A month later I lay down again and continued to sleep with this wonderful product on my back. Sometimes I want to sleep on my side. This pillow works wonders for side sleepers as it's super soft against your face while providing support. This is one of the best products I've ever bought!
