I usually wear oversized shirts and ordered these in medium because I wanted them to be a bit tighter. But even mediums are a bit baggy for me. Therefore, I recommend ordering these shirts one size smaller. I could probably get away with the small size, but the medium is comfortable. These are really good jerseys and comfortable to train in. I bought these because I like the way the shirt looks on the back. That's a great deal for three training jerseys. For reference, I'm 5'10" and weigh 168 pounds.
