It appears that using these cables which claim to be compatible have caused permanent damage to my Samsung phone. Battery overheating and other issues that cause the phone to drain quickly. Even after replacing the battery and charging with the original charging cable, the problem persists. Most likely you need to replace the phone, which may be old but worked perfectly. The KENHAO cable I bought earlier worked very well but I wanted a shorter cable which KENHAO didn't have. Now the KENHAO cable does not work. This purchase turned out to be a very expensive bad buy.
