It seems I have 3 monitors of the same make/model/size/weight. 4 stars because mine is wrong. I don't know if I have one with curved arms or something, but they should all line up perfectly, and I don't see a way to adjust the height of the outer arms to bring them in line with each other. However, the center monitor is adjustable. I thought the middle bar might be crooked or something but it looks straight and I can grab it and it doesn't move at all. The arms on each side are rock solid and offer no adjustments as far as I can tell. They rotate 360 degrees but both arms have a locking screw at the top where it should be. The only thing I haven't tried is rotating the entire arm assembly 180 degrees, but I feel like the left monitor sags very low than the right. So it's sturdy and holds 3 monitors well, but they're crooked. I'm not too upset that they don't line up, as they're basically doing what I wanted them to do, which is to get up off my desk so I can free up space where monitors normally sit. If the seller or manufacturer wants to send me a replacement that's great, but I don't expect it to be that far past the date of purchase (17th November 2020).
