Qualitative! 3 months old loves it!
We love this ball. My 3 month old is too young to hold and manipulate by himself so I slipped the lanyard through the tag, attached it to his phone plugged in and off to the gym. He really likes to grab it and hold it to his face or kick it when I put it at his feet in his playroom. I love seeing his motor skills grow with this toy! It is well made and even the label, which annoyed me at first, hangs up perfectly.
