Love love love this watch. It's like new, no scratches or stains anywhere. With charger and instructions. Synced directly to my phone as well as IQ Store and computer. It took about an hour to fully charge and update. Everything works great, the GPS is accurate and compares the heart rate to the blood pressure monitor heart rate. The battery lasts about 5 days and I always use it for workouts which lasts about 2.5 hours and it's still connected to my mobile bluetooth. Garmin has many widgets and applications. I like this one as it shows you carbs, fat burn and VO2 levels, but for that you need to download and set up the widget. It's waterproof and easy to use, what else do you need for fitness? Perfect for my lifestyle
