I was looking for that deconstructed look and this set nailed it. Covered with linen or soft cotton sheets, it is very attractive. I have a dark gray but it looks more like a medium gray and I'm not sure if it's cotton because it looks and feels more like microfiber. It's soft, super smooth and the drawstrings at the bottom give it a feminine look when tied in bows. There are drawstrings on the inside corners that attach to the clips to secure the insert to the lid. I took off a star because there are a few spots where the seams have come undone, a few minor seam tears here and there, and an odd bit of excess fabric coming out in another spot. I'll have to fix these areas if this goes on for a long time, but it's no big deal. For some of us, putting a duvet in the cover is a big hassle, and after an hour of struggling, it becomes easier to keep and enjoy the set!
