If you're like me, you probably came here because of the rave Gamers Nexus review earlier this year. I can only assume that the quality has dropped drastically since then. The first chair I got felt pretty good when I first tried it. Very comfortable even if you sit all day. Less than two weeks later, however, the mesh on the seat began to loosen and the suspenders popped out. I requested a return and found the disassembly/repackaging was a NIGHTMARE. You literally can't separate a pipe without an industrial clamp, so it's nearly impossible to crate everything! I suspect they rely on it, just hoping people will eat up the cost of the chair instead of struggling for the return. I (stupidly) asked for a replacement rather than a refund the first time, and the second chair they sent sagged for DAYS (I'm 130lbs for reference). So I had to go through the nightmare return issue again! I can't believe how terrible their quality control is considering how expensive this chair is. PLEASE save yourself the trouble.
