Missing piece of furniture

I never assembled it, there was a piece missing. There's a strut underneath that folds up, and that part wasn't there. I kept trying to reassemble at first so I went back to the site where I bought it and there was clearly a part missing. I asked for a replacement. I still think that's what I want.
