I bought a Bluetooth speaker that supports the low latency protocol and kept trying to connect it to LL with no success. They kept reconnecting using the standard protocol, but not with the desired low latency. The delay time in the sound is not only noticeable, it resembles the reverb of the original. This is totally unacceptable. Also, this is said to allow operation up to 300 feet, which in my experience is not true. Once plugged in, I took the speaker to the kitchen less than 30 feet from this miccus transmitter and the audio started dropping out. I doubt it's good for anything more than that. Another point: the green LEDs on the front are labeled '3.5mm' and 'Optical', but the function of these LEDs is clearly related to the transmit switch on the back (receive or transmit) and not with it the connection method described. in the manual that came with this device. Very disappointed as the product page states how great this device is. My A/V receiver doesn't have an optical output (inputs only) so I can't say if it will suit my needs. I hope I can send it back as it didn't work for me as described. I also don't like that the instructions don't match the device.
