Update: I've ordered a few more blue ones. They are even better than the purple ones because of the velcro! Also, they seem to wear well. I received them today and my daughter is so excited! They are very cute and shiny. They fit exactly as expected - we got 9.5. My daughter is about 8/9 so we figured it out just in case. They have a little room to grow, but since they are closed in the front and have a buckle, they will work well even if they are a little big. Someone also mentioned that they fit wide feet, which made me wonder if they would fit my very tall child with narrow feet. They absolutely do! Because they are so flexible, they adapt to any foot shape, unlike shoes with a stiffer closed toe. Some reviews mention a buckle problem, but ours (purple, size 9.5) have a regular buckle. The quality of the shoe is about the same as the twice the price Old Navy gel sneakers so I'm very happy with our Revain purchase. If you're on the fence, get them! Order your child's normal size or the size of their growing room.
