Review on 💻 Logitech Wireless Desktop - Black by Treyshaun Clena

Pros: Keyboard and mouse design is great. I bought a product to match the Samsung LCD I bought for Christmas. It was not necessary to download the CD-SW for XP to recognize KB/Mouse. The transmitter fits and sits on the LCD stand and is almost invisible to the eye. So far I haven't had any battery problems with any device. I use my computer a few hours a day, the original batteries are still used after 2 weeks. No delays, neither when pressing the keys nor when moving the mouse pointer. Best of all: no cables. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the minus below. Cons: The mouse started to "squeak" after a few days. I didn't understand what the other reviewers were talking about until my mouse did. Sounds like a light plastic on plastic sound. This annoyed me after a while, so I carefully opened up the mouse, smeared some 3-in-1 oil on the inside of the square left and right click pins, and reassembled the block. Be sure to keep the bottom of the mouse vertical so the springs on the wheel stay in place. I had to reassemble the mouse wheel as I flipped the bottom upside down, which wasn't a big deal once I figured out how to put everything back in a few minutes. Since I oiled the right and left sides of the mouse, there is no more squeaking.
