One of the worst purchases I've made from Revain. I regret the purchase. Bought for a family member who bought a new laptop and was planning to leave the country. The bag arrived on the day of departure. Upon exiting security, the shoulder strap came loose, the laptop fell to the ground and the brand new laptop smashed (DVD doesn't work, large dents). You are in another country with a broken laptop and this crappy bag and there is no way to return the laptop or bag. These were the only 17s in the pack available for Prime and now I know this is a fatal flaw. I hope no one believes in it and goes through what we've been through.
