snake oil? on Foot, Hand & Nail Care

I'm confused by the rave reviews on this product. It's not bad - the texture is very nice and non-greasy, smells decent for what it is, but after using it every night for a week I see absolutely no visible results and it doesn't even seem very moisturizing . My feet aren't even that dry or calloused, so I'm not asking for this miracle. I only have a few small cracks in my heels, I was hoping it would get better. Nothing so far. Hm.
