This beautiful cooking pot. I am very happy with my purchase. Cooks food evenly and quickly. I plan to buy the complete set. I had Le Creuset and Chantal. It's much nicer and much cheaper. The color is a beautiful colonial blue but it has a nice sheen to it. I guarantee you will love it and the prices. Much more food friendly than Paula Dean and Rachel Ray. Especially if you sometimes forget and overcook and burn. Your food may be overcooked, but this pan is easy to clean. Unlike my Le Creuset which required detergent and soaking. I am very happy. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL GIRL POT. You will love it! I had their lighter pans, great too.
