I absolutely LOVE this product. The padded sleeve is especially handy since most hydration packs don't have one. I've used it on bike rides and hikes and loved having water (hands free) on my back. . No more lugging around empty water bottles until you're done hiking or biking. It kept my water cold to the last drop. I initially had a small problem with mine, but the company quickly fixed it. (Good customer service is very important to me).
