Not a Good Choice for Running
Based on my experience these leggings are not a good choice for running .While they do offer some lifting control, they are not stretchy enough for a comfortable workout. The material is thick and does not allow for a lot of breathability, making sports and outdoors activities less enjoyable. The waistband also tends to roll down during movement, creating an annoying distraction. Overall, disappointed with this purchase..
