I took a chance and bought this gimbal as it was advertised to support Sony cameras but my model, DSC-WX500, was not listed. I assumed it was meant to support it, but if it didn't I couldn't complain about that. I had a heck of a lot of time to balance the camera. My first attempt at using it resulted in the video being blurry due to the camera not being properly balanced. On my second try I found that the camera must be on for the lens to extend and tried to balance the camera. Then I noticed two more adjustments to balance the camera. The instructions should be clearer on how best to balance the camera. I've only tested it briefly and it's my first stabilizer, but it seems to be working as expected. As others have commented, the sound sounds like bees due to the motors. I think if I spend more time with it, I'll learn to use it better. I plan to sync the audio so engine noise shouldn't be a problem.
