We have used this software product by far for over 5 years running day-to-day operations within our Supply Chain function, both at US manufacturing site (Boeing) as well with client locations overseas - it is very easy to use and has never let us down! It's been great working alongside them since inception back into 2008/2009 when they were called "Warehouse Management Solution". The only downside I'd say we've had was that there could be an upgrade available sooner than expected but their support team gets things sorted out quickly. There really isn't anything negative or good about my experience overall from being involved across multiple projects / clients sites globally throughout these last few years. They are now part & parcel of my daily work routine having implemented several new areas such as; supply chain management, P2P order processing between manufacturers worldwide along with other minor functions which help keep all aspects up and date regarding current inventory status etc.; hence improving productivity levels significantly. I like the way it is easy to use, the interface is user-friendly, and the system has a lot of advantages when it comes to reducing operational costs. It is not as flexible as other systems (SAP). In our case, it does not suit all our needs. The benefits are that it is very simple to use for small companies. We have solved many problems with this software.
