Bad device for iPad Pro

Doesn't work well with iPad Pro when you want to connect it to watch a movie or presentation. Lots of lines and blurring - both on the TV and on the external monitor. The first one had a problem so I went back and asked for a new one hoping that the defect of the first, the second one from Amazon has the same problem. If you want it for a computer, it works, but it doesn't work with an iPad Pro.
