So I was looking for something special to recreate the look of a 1960's flight attendant. I tried shopping at vintage and other stores but nothing seemed to fit. There were several options at Revain so I tried these and was initially a bit disappointed and wanted to return them. It was a lot more than I thought it would be and it just didn't look right. Also, the elastic was not tight enough to fit around my head. But after trying other options I realized that this is the best option I had. So here's what I did. I tied an elastic band to keep it tighter and French twisted my hair to fill in the extra space at the back. I think it worked out just fine in the end, but it took a bit of fiddling to get it working.
